Requesting an estimate does not create a contract. Work is performed only under a separate written agreement between you and Retaining Wall Company.

4. Text messaging program

Program name: Motivational Landscaping, Hardscaping & Trees DBA Retaining Wall Company Project & Appointment Messages.

Description: If you give us your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, we will send you messages related to your estimate request and project, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up on your inquiry or estimate, responses to your questions, project updates, and requests for a review after a completed job.

Consent: By checking the consent box on our estimate or contact form (or by otherwise giving us written permission to text you), you agree to receive these text messages at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your request and project.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt-out: You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will confirm your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

5. Intellectual property
